Returns & Refund Policy – Culture Collectibles
At Culture Collectibles, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully.
Returns
We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@culturecollectibles.co.
After your return request is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
If your return is approved, we will also provide a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@culturecollectibles.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non‑Returnable Items / Exceptions
Due to the nature of collectibles and specialty items, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sealed packs or sealed boxes once opened or tampered with
- Custom or personalized items, including custom autographed jerseys
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Sealed boxes or sealed cases may be eligible for return only if they remain factory sealed, unopened, and in original condition, subject to inspection and approval by Culture Collectibles.
We also do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration after delivery.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
