Shipping Policy – Culture Collectibles

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All orders include tracking. High‑value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Packaging & Handling
All items are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery:
- Trading cards are shipped with appropriate protective materials
- Sealed packs, boxes, and cases are shipped securely to preserve factory seal integrity
- Memorabilia and jerseys are packed to prevent damage during transit
Culture Collectibles is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or theft once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@culturecollectibles.co.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct and complete shipping address is entered at checkout.
Culture Collectibles cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
